Welcome to the Four Seasons Orchestras and the New Wind Symphonic Band. promoting music and the arts to the entire greater Orange County community, our youth music programs work in accordance with SCSBOA guidelines so that symphony members bring their experience and knowledge to the music programs at the public schools they attend. The program allows young musicians at all levels of expertise to participate. Our music educators build self-esteem through positive reinforcement and quality performance opportunities both nationally internationally. One of the highlights of the 1999-2000 season will be a tour to China in late July.
